1. Do you ship internationally?

    We currently ship only in the EU.
    However, if you would like the good to be delivered outside the EU, please contact us to get a delivery quote.
  2. What is the shipping method by Tree of Colors?

    Given the nature of our products and the fact that we are based in Belgium, we offer a delivery service by the Tree of Colors team in Belgium on appointment for free. After your order, would you have chosen the delivery by Tree of Colors, we will contact you within 24 hours to make an appointment with you.
  3. If I don't live in Belgium, can I still order furniture and artworks?

    Yes, of course. However, you must contact us to get a quote for the delivery outside Belgium.
  4. When will I receive my order?

    Orders are processed and packaged once per week. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
    Transit time is approximately
    • 2 working days for deliveries in Belgium
    • 4 working days for deliveries in France, Netherlands and Luxemburg.
    • 5 working days for deliveries elsewhere in Europe.
    Delivery by Tree of Colors in Belgium will be done once a week during weekends.
  5. Are my goods covered by Insurance when shipped?

    Yes, all items are covered. The parcel’s shipping insurance will be included in the cost of the shipping.
  6. Payment

    All our online payments are processed securely through ING Epay. We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), debit cards or PayPal payments.
  7. Is a sold item coming back in stock?

    All our products are unique pieces. There is only one of each.
  8. Are all items in good condition?

    We take special care to hand select each piece, and put them through a thorough process of washing, and routine vintage piece reparation.
    However, except for the artworks, the decorative objects (especially the rugs) and the furniture are all vintage pieces that have already been worn/used, some for several dozens of years. Some products may show signs of wear consistent with age. The imperfections such as tears, repairs, and worn spots are part of the pieces history and add a richness and beauty that is unable to be reproduced. This allows the pieces to be completely unique.
  9. Do you accept returns?

    We hope you love your purchase but we understand that not everything always works out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) then you can return an item to us and we can offer you a refund or credit note.
    Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot be held responsible for an item damaged or lost in transit.
    All returns must be booked in by emailing adeline@treeofcolors.com within 14 days from reception of your order. You then have a 14 day period in which any return items must be received with us. All returned items must be in their unused and original condition and packaging, with their receipt. If items are not in their original condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund or credit note on our website.
  10. Can I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us, and if the order has not been dispatched we will process your refund. If the order has been dispatched you will need to return the item(s) as standard once received.
  11. I create beautiful products myself. Who can I email?

    We are always looking for new artists and artisans. We would be delighted to hear more about you and your creations! Please get in touch at adeline@treeofcolors.com.
  12. Can I use your images on my blog?

    Yes! We love bloggers to promote / review our items and generally share the Tree of Colors story with the world. However, linking back to our website with a credit is an online must.
